Factory Operator ( Afternoon Shift)

About the role

We are a growing plastic recycling business based in Braeside looking for Factory Operators to join our team. This is a full-time afternoon shift position. Given the nature of the role, you will be physically fit and capable of manual duties including moderate lifting.

Key responsibilities

• Feeding recyclable plastic material onto machinery

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

• General hand and yard duties as directed by shift manager

• Good work ethic and a positive attitude

• Strong OH&S mindset and willing to speak up

• Able to work autonomously and part of a team

• Continuous improvement mindset

• MUST Have Forklift License
