Marketing Manager (Hospitality)

About the opportunity 

We're seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager (Hospitality) to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. In this pivotal role, you'll help drive visitation, revenue and long-term brand growth across our hospitality portfolio, home to some of South Australia's most iconic venues.

Leveraging your marketing expertise and an evidence-based approach, you'll develop and execute integrate marketing strategies and campaigns that balance short-term commercial objectives with long-term brand growth

Reporting to the Head of Marketing - Brand & Hospitality, you'll work closely with key marketing stakeholders including our in-house studio and venue management teams to implement a cohesive, integrated strategy that champions brand integrity and meets regulatory standards.

You’ll also provide day-to-day leadership to a Marketing Executive who reports directly to you, setting clear priorities, providing coaching and feedback, and supporting their ongoing development.

Beyond the marketing function, you'll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, media and creative partners, and precinct collaborators to unlock meaningful value for our brands and expand market reach.

About you

To thrive in this role, you'll bring strong marketing experience and a grounding in evidence-based marketing principles, with an understanding of how brands grow through a balance of long-term brand building and short-term commercial activation.

You’ll be commercially minded and comfortable using data, customer insights and campaign performance to inform decisions, while brining experience developing integrated marketing strategies and working with creative and media agencies.

As a skilled communicator and stakeholder manager, you'll be confident championing the brand and marketing direction across the business, managing competition priorities and translating commercial objectives into clear marketing activity.

A strategic mindset, strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills will round out your ability to build effective, distinctive and consistent brands.
