Fleet Wash Attendant

What’s The Role:

We’re seeking a motivated Fleet Wash Attendant to join the growing team at Prime Wash Group.

Working within our professional wash facilities, you will play a key role in ensuring trucks and fleet vehicles are maintained to the highest presentation standards. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

At Prime Wash Group, we specialise in heavy vehicle cleaning and fleet presentation services, supporting transport operators across Sydney with reliable, high-quality solutions.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Ensure all trucks, trailers, and fleet vehicles are cleaned to a high professional standard

• Full exterior cleaning including wheels, chassis, and undercarriages

• Safely operate high-pressure cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals

• Remove dirt, grease, and road grime effectively and efficiently

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the wash bay and equipment

• Report any visible damage or maintenance issues to management

• Assist with general yard duties as required

What You’ll Bring:

• Previous experience in truck or vehicle detailing (desirable but not essential)

• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

• Positive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic

• Ability to work in a physically demanding role (standing, bending, lifting)

• Reliable, punctual, and professional

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Commitment to workplace health and safety

• A valid driver’s licence (preferred)
