The Role

As a Client Advisor, you will be an integral part of the team, providing exceptional customer service, driving sales and contributing to the overall success of the boutique.

Support boutique management with store operations as requiredStrive to achieve KPI’s and store sales targetsMake sure the highest level of customer service is always upheldDaily security stock countsDaily merchandising; set up, stock rotation, new display conceptsBoutique maintenance and upkeepAttend regular training and stay updated on product linesAssist in developing the client databaseFlexible availability, including some late night trade and weekends

Skills & Experience
