We’re inviting early career & experienced Speech Pathologists to join our passionate, multidisciplinary Gold Coast team. Salary: $87,000 – $110,000 base (neg based on exp) + super + bonuses 

Location: Mobile community caseload built around your home suburb — North Gold Coast & South Gold Coast opportunities available

About the Role 

Whether your passion is paediatrics, adult neuro, dysphagia, AAC or a mixed caseload across the lifespan, we’ll shape the role around your strengths. You’ll be backed by our in-house Speech Supervision team, a connected MDT, and systems that let you focus on clinical work — not admin.

What You’ll Need 

• Tertiary qualification with current (or eligible) SPA registration, plus solid clinical experience 
• Passion for evidence-based, person-centred care across the lifespan 
• Driver’s licence, PI Insurance ($10m minimum), and relevant checks/screenings (or willing to obtain) 
• A great communicator who values teamwork and autonomy in equal measure
