Who you are and what you'll do

As a Consultant within our Intelligent Co-Ops (Managed Services) Practice at Arinco, you'll play a key role in the management, support, and enhancement of customer Azure environments with a focus on embedding AI into how we design, build, and run modern cloud platforms. You'll switch from incidents, to improving security, to building new services or enhancements for your customers. The role involves on call for major incidents on a rotating roster, and comes with additional remuneration for this.

You’ll also contribute to our internal engineering culture through your involvement in developing new offerings, repeatable IP and knowledge sharing.

What you bring to the role

• Proven track record in large Microsoft and Azure environments 
• Strong knowledge of IaC using Bicep and/or Terraform as well as Github 
• An understanding of how to incorporate AI tools into your workflow and a view on how to bring these into customer engagements
• Effective troubleshooting skills to help pinpoint issues and resolve them
• Effective communication skills to successfully run customer workshops, gathering requirements and shaping what "good" looks like
• Curious about solving problems and the want to tackle tricky technical challenges
• The ability to build relationships both internally and externally
