Soul Origin Top Ryde is looking for Full-Time & Casual Team Members to join our team!

We are currently hiring for Back of House (BOH) positions.

Kitchen Hand / BOH Team Member

Do you enjoy working with fresh ingredients and preparing great food? Are you comfortable with early starts and working independently or as part of a small team?

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing fresh menu items according to Soul Origin recipes and standards
• Food preparation using commercial-grade knives
• Ordering, receiving and rotating stock
• Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
• Cleaning and sanitising kitchen equipment and utensils
• Kitchen opening/closing and end-of-day cleaning

We're looking for someone who:

• Is confident using commercial-grade knives
• Can accurately follow recipes and preparation guides
• Has a strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail
• Understands food safety and hygiene practices
• Is reliable and comfortable with early morning starts
• Ideally has 6+ months' food preparation or kitchen experience

Pay & Penalty Rates

Pay is in accordance with the Fast Food Industry Award 2020 (MA000003), including applicable casual loading, weekend and public holiday penalty rates.
