 * Location: South / South West Sydney, Australia 

• Estimate/tender/solution with supply chain. Bid and win with Client.
• Lead and manage data center and critical infrastructure projects from initiation through completion.
• Oversee all phases of project delivery, including planning, procurement, design coordination, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, risks, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal project teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Drive contract procurement, tendering, negotiation, execution, administration, and closeout activities.
• Monitor project financial performance, including billing, forecasting, cost control, and reporting.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, regulatory, and client requirements.
• Support commissioning and handover activities for mission-critical facilities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business and client objectives.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members where required.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical) or equivalent Trade
• Experience in Contracting Model - managing construction, infrastructure, data center, or mission-critical projects.
• Strong MEP project delivery experience.
• Electrical infrastructure and switchgear project experience highly preferred.
• Knowledge of project management, contract administration, budgeting, and risk management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Degree qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are advantageous.
• Willingness to work across project sites in South West and Western Sydney.
