Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
9 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e. growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).
Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in consulting and working with behavioural marketing data.
Experience with marketing and sales operations, financial analytics, or other related investigative experience.
Experience utilizing AI productivity tools to solve complex, multi-layered problems and streamline business or development workflows.
Experience in partner marketing with quantifiable results.

Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.

As a Senior Partner Marketing Manager, AUNZ, you will be at the forefront of Google Cloud’s enterprise growth and leverage our partner ecosystem (including GSI, RSI and technology partners) as the catalyst for our hyper-growth in this segment. We are entering the "Agentic Era" of AI—a fundamental shift where businesses move from basic automation to autonomous, AI-driven operations. In this pivotal role, you will advocate Google Cloud’s AI leadership by collaborating closely with our partners to develop and execute impactful, market-making co-marketing programs.

You will navigate complex, matrixed environments to drive alignment and build scalable Go-To-Market (GTM) campaigns. Your goal will ensure that, together with our partners we don't just participate in the AI revolution—we define it. Ultimately, you will generate and accelerate pipeline and business growth across the AuNZ market, enabling customers to unlock unprecedented value, agility, and engaged advantage in the agentic future.

Responsibilities

Own the goal and strategy for Partner Marketing and drive comprehensive co-marketing engagements with top partners in Australia and New Zealand (AuNZ).
Drive integrated campaigns with partners targeting key decision-makers across key Lines of Business (LOBs) and industries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Partner Sales, Regional Marketing, and Global Partner Marketing to align objectives.
Manage partner marketing budgets, track campaign performance, and optimize for pipeline generation and Return on Investment (ROI).
Create compelling joint messaging and thought leadership content that highlights the combined value of Google and partner solutions.
