We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Territory Manager to help us grow our presence and performance across a key territory.

As a Territory Manager, you’ll be at the frontline of our growth strategy — creating new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding existing client relationships. You’ll collaborate with a talented and supportive team to deliver customised, value-driven packaging solutions.

In this role, you will:

• Proactively developing new business opportunities through the attraction of new small to medium customers
• Maintaining and growing sales / gross margin within the existing small-medium customer base.
• Continually identifying and negotiating new business opportunities and aggressively pursuing profit targets
• Maintaining internal relationships while spending a significant time out of the office
• Technical product knowledge and applying this to developing the sale offerings

We're looking for a proactive, energetic individual with a passion for building strong business relationships. Someone who thrives on challenges and enjoys taking ownership of their territory.

Ideally, you will have:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG.
• Experience in cold calling, including building relationships across industry / market stakeholders
• Previous experience in the packaging or distribution industries is desirable
• Collaborative Self-starter with a strong desire to drive customer excellence
• Resilient, takes a lead with accountability and ownership
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at every level — from the warehouse to the boardroom.
• A curious mindset and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
