Casual Support Worker

Life Quality Supports (LQS) is looking for reliable, caring Casual Support Workers to join our growing team supporting NDIS participants across the Orange NSW area.

About the Role

• Casual hours, flexible shifts to suit your availability
• Work 1:1 with participants providing personal care, community access, and daily living support

• Pay above the SCHADS Award, based on your qualifications and experience

What We're Looking For

• A genuine passion for supporting people with disability
• Reliability — we need people who show up and follow through
• Own vehicle, current driver's licence, and comprehensive motor vehicle insurance
• Current:
• First Aid & CPR certificate
• Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• National Police Check
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
• Previous study or support work experience is a bonus but not essential — the right attitude matters most

Pay: $36.00 – $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week

Work Location: In person
