About the role
This is a full-time permanent appointment offering the opportunity to lead transformative digital initiatives that enhance organisational performance, service delivery, and the student experience across North Metropolitan TAFE.
About You
The Manager Digital Transformation leads the development and delivery of innovative digital solutions that support North Metropolitan TAFE's strategic and operational objectives. The role is responsible for driving business systems and process improvements, providing strategic advice to stakeholders, leading high-performing teams, and overseeing student management system support and student credential services. The position plays a key role in advancing the organisation's Digital Roadmap through the implementation of contemporary technologies, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement initiatives.
There is an option to accrue an additional two weeks leave each year on top of your standard four weeks annual leave.
