Senior Advisor, Scheme Performance & Insights (Temporary Parental Leave Backfill) About the Team The Scheme Performance & Insights team provides performance reporting, analysis and strategic insights across SIRA's statutory insurance schemes. We support executive decision-making by translating data, risks and emerging trends into clear, actionable intelligence that helps improve outcomes for customers and scheme stakeholders. This temporary opportunity has a strong focus on the NSW Workers Compensation Scheme, supporting the development of performance reporting, executive insights and scheme monitoring activities. About the Role We are seeking an experienced and analytical professional to join the Scheme Performance & Insights team for a 12‑month parental leave backfill opportunity. Working closely with scheme experts, data analysts and senior leaders, you will lead the monitoring and reporting of Workers Compensation Scheme performance. You will help transform complex information into meaningful insights, identify emerging issues and opportunities, and contribute to evidence-based decision making across the organisation. This role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys working at the intersection of data, policy, strategy and performance.
