About the role
Are you an experienced Educational Leader, OSHC Coordinator or Early Childhood professional who is passionate about curriculum, inclusion and creating meaningful experiences for children?
We are partnering with Harbord OOSH to recruit a Practice Lead – Curriculum & Inclusion, a newly created leadership opportunity that will play a pivotal role in driving educational excellence, inclusive practice and child wellbeing across the service.
Working closely with the Centre Director, you’ll become the educational leadership partner for the service, supporting Assistant Directors and educators to deliver engaging, high-quality programs that reflect children’s interests, strengths and individual needs.

This is a dedicated leadership position responsible for shaping curriculum, educational quality, inclusion and behaviour support across Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care programs.
As the service’s Designated Educational Leader and Secondary Nominated Supervisor, you’ll work across all age groups and program areas to strengthen educator capability, embed best practice and ensure educational programs align with My Time, Our Place (MTOP), the National Quality Framework and the service philosophy.
This is an off-the-floor, leadership role that allows you to focus on mentoring educators, reviewing educational practice, leading inclusion initiatives and driving continuous improvement across the service.
You’ll also act as the Centre Director’s second-in-charge, providing leadership support and operational continuity when required.
You’re an experienced educational leader who believes great programs are built through strong relationships, reflective practice and empowering educators to be their best.
You are passionate about inclusion, child wellbeing and creating environments where every child feels safe, valued and supported.
