Surgeon Liaison Assistant

About the role

As the Surgeon Liaison Assistant, you will assist with the day-to-day coordination of surgeon referrals, appointments and communication. Working closely with our Surgeon Liaison & Office Manager, you will provide administrative and coordination support to ensure communication between our surgeons, therapists, patients and clinics is seamless and professional.

Key responsibilities

• Assisting with surgeon referrals and post-operative patient coordination

• Communicating with surgeon rooms, therapists and patients via phone and email

• Assisting with coordinating appointments and ensuring information is communicated clearly

• Following up outstanding referrals, appointments and patient information

• Preparing and maintaining surgeon and patient documentation

• Assisting with surgeon clinic lists and appointment information

• Responding to enquiries professionally and in a timely manner

• Supporting the Surgeon Liaison with administrative tasks and follow-ups

• Building and maintaining positive relationships with surgeon rooms and healthcare professionals

• Assisting with improving and maintaining efficient administrative processes
