We are seeking a friendly and motivated Medical Receptionist to join our experienced and professional team.

The successful applicant will thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working collaboratively within a supportive team.

Casual Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and assisting patients in a professional manner

• Answering and directing telephone calls

• Booking and managing appointments

• Invoicing and receipting

• Typing medical reports and correspondence

• General administrative and office duties

About You:

• Thrives in a fast paced environment

• Friendly, approachable, and well-presented

• Positive team player with excellent communication skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Computer literate with strong administrative skills

• Confident touch typist

• Prior medical reception experience is an advantage

• Best Practice software experience (preferred, not essential)

The Medical Receptionist reports directly to the Practice Manager.
