Warehouse and Office Supervisor

We are seeking an organised and proactive Warehouse and Office Supervisor to join our team full-time, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. This role works closely with the Logistics Manager to ensure fleet, driver, and operational compliance across the business. The successful candidate will oversee servicing schedules, vehicle compliance, recruitment, inductions, safety processes, and general transport administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduled servicing, maintenance, and repairs for fleet vehicles and trailers

• Maintain vehicle registration, insurance, and compliance records

• Ensure NHVR and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) compliance standards are met

• Monitor driver compliance including licences, inductions, medicals, fatigue management, and training records

• Conduct and manage employee site inductions

• Ensure load restraint procedures and safe loading practices are followed

• Assist with incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions

• Maintain safety documentation, policies, checklists, and compliance systems

• Support the Logistics Manager with day-to-day operational compliance and fleet coordination

• Promote a strong workplace safety culture across drivers and operations staff

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High attention to detail and strong record-keeping abilities

• Confident using Microsoft Office

• Experience in transport or logistics industry preferred
