About the role
As a Pool Lifeguard, you will assist with the supervision and control of Council's Leisure and Aquatic Centres, helping to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all users. You will actively supervise the swimming environment, respond to emergencies and first aid situations, support water quality monitoring, and assist with program and event set up, delivery and pack up.
This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with the community, delivering quality customer service and contributing to safe aquatic operations.

Offer Details (Part -time)
The commencing salary for this position is up to $30.84 per hour. Central Coast Council also provides progression opportunities for employees to progress up to the maximum salary of $35.73 per hour on completion of assessment of skills and/ or performance, plus 12% superannuation + Level 1 Adverse Working Conditions of $0.534 per hour.
Offer Details (Casual)
The commencing salary for this position is $37.16 per hour including 25% casual loading plus 12% superannuation + Level 1 Adverse Working Conditions of $0.534 per hour.
