Automotive Service Advisor

Due to expansion, Wanneroo Jeep Renault RAM KGM and Geely are currently seeking to add another Service Advisor to work in our busy Service Department.

As a Service Advisor you will be the principal contact between the dealership and our customers for repair and maintenance of their vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction is at the forefront.

Experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is preferred.

To be considered for this role, the successful applicant must have:

• A passion for excellence in Customer Service

• Good presentation and grooming

• Ability to work in a team

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

• Effective time management and organisational skills

• Appropriate computer skills

• Current drivers licence

• Experience using ERA is preferred
