Windscreen Medics is looking for a reliable and organised Office All-Rounder to join our team. This is a busy and varied role, so we're looking for someone who is confident, practical and able to handle different tasks throughout the day.
Key responsibilities
Answering customer calls
Taking bookings and enquiries
Placing orders with suppliers
Following up on orders
Speaking with customers and suppliers
General office administration
Solving problems and handling customer issues
Supporting the team with day-to-day tasks
About you
Good communication and customer service skills
Organised and reliable
Good problem-solving skills
Able to multitask and work in a busy environment
Confident on the phone and with computers
Positive attitude and willing to help wherever needed
Automotive industry experience preferred — particularly experience in a workshop, parts, mechanical, smash repair or windscreen business
