Dispensary Assistant – Full-Time or Part-Time | Training & Career Development

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Dispensary Assistant to join our team at Greg's Discount Chemist Southern River.

We are open to both full-time and part-time applicants and are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, a genuine interest in healthcare and a willingness to learn, who enjoys working as part of a supportive team.

At Greg's, this is more than just a job — it's an opportunity to learn, grow and build a career in community pharmacy. You will work alongside experienced pharmacists, owners and team members while gaining hands-on experience with the latest pharmacy technology, including our dispensary robot.

We place a strong emphasis on training and professional development. You will complete a comprehensive three-month training program and receive ongoing support to develop your skills and confidence. We will also support you in completing your S2 & S3 training and Certificate III in Community Pharmacy, providing you with the knowledge and skills to excel in your role.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a genuine interest in improving the health and wellbeing of our customers

• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail

• Be enthusiastic, reliable and willing to learn

• Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team

• Have completed Year 12 or equivalent

• Hold a current driver's licence

• Show initiative and take pride in their work
