Position Summary:

Tracks shipments and receives, processes, stores, and distributes material, tools, equipment, and products to the appropriate department.

• Day to day activities of the Distribution Centre.

• Inventory control and security, regular stock takes.

• Unpacking, scanning and locating all incoming and outgoing shipment activities to ensure accuracy, completeness and condition of items.

• Sharing Forklift driver responsibilities.

• Support to the Workshop Tech Team in booking in service and warranty jobs, unpacking, ticketing products and completing system book-ins ready for evaluation by techs.

• Other duties as assigned by manager

• Follow all FOX Factory policies and procedures

• Effective completion of responsibilities in a timely manner

• Achievement of OKRs as identified in the Performance Review process

• Internal and external contacts include:

  • Logistics Manager

  • Management Team

  • Sales Staff – internal and external

  • Customer Service/workshop staff

  • Freight Forwarders (incoming / outgoing)
