As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll support multiple clubs across our network by managing membership cancellations, debt recovery and account enquiries. You'll play a key role in retaining members by delivering exceptional customer service, resolving account issues and helping members stay connected to their fitness journey.

• Handle membership cancellation requests professionally and explore solutions to retain members.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving enquiries and recording valuable member feedback.
• Work towards retention KPIs and contribute ideas to improve the overall member experience.

• Contact members regarding overdue accounts via phone, email and SMS.
• Negotiate payment arrangements, update account information and process payments.
• Liaise with billing providers and collection agencies while maintaining excellent member relationships.
• Achieve debt recovery KPIs through proactive account management.

• 1–2 years' experience in debt collection, customer service or a call centre environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Confidence handling difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism.
• Experience using CRM or member management systems is highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet KPIs.
• Australian working rights.
