About the role

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Carwash Attendant to join our team in Townsville, QLD. This is a casual position offering flexibility and the opportunity to work in a clean, customer-focused environment.

What you'll be doing

• Operating carwash equipment and machinery safely and efficiently to keep chemicals stocked to ensure smooth operation of the equipment.

• Providing excellent customer service, greeting clients and addressing any specific needs.

• Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including the carwash facility and surrounding grounds

• Restocking cleaning supplies and materials as needed throughout your shift

• Assisting with basic maintenance checks on carwash equipment and reporting any issues to management

• Following all health and safety procedures and company guidelines at all times

What we're looking for

• A strong commitment for attention to detail

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

• Physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

• Reliability and punctuality, with the flexibility to work casual hours as required

• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• A valid driver's license is preferred
