What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering high-quality electrical solutions that leave clients impressed and confident in your work.

• Managing your own day: job scheduling, materials, client communication, and job notes using our management system.

• Building strong relationships with clients through clear communication and genuine care.

• Completing installations, maintenance, and fault finding across residential, commercial, and light industrial projects.

• Presenting solutions, not just fixes. We value electricians who think ahead and educate clients.

What Success Looks Like

• Vans and tools kept in top shape so every job runs smoothly.

• Jobs completed on time, to a professional standard, with clear client communication.

• Clients request you back by name because of the quality and experience you deliver.

• You feel part of a team that’s growing together, not just working side by side.

What We’re Looking For

• A Grade Electrical Licence + White Card

• Drivers Licence

• Working With Children's Check

• 3+ years of A Grade experience (with solar and battery installation and refrigeration or split system exposure a bonus).

• A great communicator who’s adaptable, solution-focused, and motivated to grow.

• Someone who takes pride in their work, their team, and how they represent themselves on site.
