Job Description

What does a Claims Consultant do?

As a Claims Consultant, you'll assess life insurance claims when customers are impacted by illness or injury and are unable to work for a period of time.

You will be our customers main service provider. Some of your work will include:

Review insurance policies and claim informationAnalyse medical, vocational and financial documentationAssess eligibility against the cover they haveApply professional judgement to make fair decisionsCommunicate outcomes clearly and confidentlyPartner with customers and stakeholders throughout the claims processProvide benefit payments and support.

This is highly engaging role where every claim presents unique circumstances and requires thoughtful decision making.
