Barista/Front of house

Hot food and coffee destination Ruben's Deli is looking for a great barista/allroudner to join it's fast-growing team - with full time and casual hours available. 

We are looking for experienced baristas and allrounders who enjoy engaging with customers and working in a fast-paced environment. Coffee making skills are essential with a minimum of three years experience. We pride ourselves on the quality of our coffee serving Dukes organic beans and St Davids Dairy milk.  An interest and experience with matcha and speciality coffee drinks would be preferred.

Candidates must have great communications skills, take pride in their presentation, love what they do and be passionate about Melbournes coffee and food scene. You will be required to work at least one weekend day.

Ideally you will have worked as a supervisor or are looking to step up into a supervisory role.
