Loss Prevention Intelligence Coordinator

We're looking for an analytical and proactive Loss Prevention Triage Coordinator to join our Loss Prevention team. Reporting to the Central Loss Prevention Manager, you'll play a key role in identifying risk, analysing incidents, supporting investigations and helping protect our people, stores and assets.

This role operates on a rotating roster, including weekend coverage, with weekend shifts worked remotely from home.

 What You'll Do

• Analyse incident reports, CCTV footage and intelligence data to identify risks and trends.

• Triage and escalate theft, fraud, organised retail crime and safety incidents.

• Support Loss Prevention teams with actionable intelligence and investigation referrals.

• Monitor compliance, identify process gaps and provide insights to reduce shrink.

• Partner with Operations, HR, Finance, WHS and external stakeholders to drive positive outcomes.

 What You'll Bring

• Experience in Loss Prevention, Investigations, Asset Protection, Intelligence, Security or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working with CCTV, incident management or intelligence platforms.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• A curious mindset and passion for uncovering insights that make a difference.
