This is a role for someone who lights up when they meet new people. You'll welcome customers into our showroom, take the time to truly understand what they're looking for, and guide them through our range in a way that feels consultative.

Every customer who walks through our doors deserves to feel like the most important person in the room. You'll manage the full customer journey, from first hello to post-purchase follow-up, building the kind of loyalty that brings people back and earns referrals.

• Create memorable, relationship-led customer experiences, in-store, by phone and online

• Genuinely listen to what customers need and guide them with confidence and care

• Drive results across revenue, conversion rate and average order value

• Nurture leads and follow up with warmth

• Keep the showroom beautifully presented and products accurately priced

• Process orders accurately and share customer feedback with your team leader

• Work in a team environment and collaborate across states with other showrooms and stakeholders
