Section Waiter

What are we looking for?  
We're seeking experienced Section Waiters with a strong track record in premium & fine dining to elevate guest experiences and ensure service excellence across our high-end restaurant portfolio.
Ideal candidates will have:

• 2+ years experience working as a Section Waiter within a Michelin, fine dining or premium dining restaurant
• A passion for guest experience and creating memorable moments for our guests
• Thorough understanding of Restaurant Sequence of Service and daily operations
• WSET 2 desired but not essential

Salary
$65,000 - $80,000  + super - negotiable depending on experience.
