As part of our ongoing investment in our payroll systems, we’re preparing to transition from Xero Payroll to Employment Hero Payroll.
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Officer to take ownership of our day-to-day payroll operations as we transition to Employment Hero Payroll.

Flexible working arrangements, including hybrid work, may be considered once established in the role, subject to operational requirements.
A Supported Transition
You’ll step into the day-to-day ownership of payroll from the outset, with the support of our current Payroll Manager throughout the transition period.
Our current Payroll Manager will remain with the organisation until the end of the year, primarily focusing on the successful implementation of Employment Hero Payroll while providing a structured handover and ongoing support as you become familiar with our payroll operations, systems and processes.
You’ll also work closely with our collaborative HR and Finance team, who are committed to making the transition a success.
