Finance Officer - Creditors

Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for accuracy and customer service?

Join Councils Finance & Customer Service business unit and play a key role in ensuring the smooth and timely processing of accounts payable across the organisation.

Working closely with suppliers, staff and stakeholders, you'll help maintain strong financial controls, deliver excellent customer service, and contribute to the efficient management of Council's creditor functions.

YOUR WORKING ENVIRONMENT (for eligible employees)
• A weekly salary between $1,403.58 - $1,579.71 dependent upon skills and experience, plus 12% superannuation
• Work a 9-day fortnight, based on a 35-hour working week
• Flexible and hybrid working arrangements under Council’s Flex First Procedure including access to an individualised hours agreement
• Access to 2 weeks sick leave per year, cumulative where unused
• Access to 1 week MyLeave per year, to be utilised for any purpose
• Access to long service leave after 5 years of employment
