Grounds Maintenance - Subcontractor

About the role

This is a subcontract role for a grounds maintenance specialist with Corporate Lawns Plus. You will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of multiple Body Corporate sites, ensuring they remain well-presented and welcoming.

What you'll be doing

• Mowing, edging and trimming lawns and gardens

• Weeding, maintaining garden beds

• Pruning and shaping shrubs, bushes and trees

• Removing debris and litter from gardens and grounds

• Liaising with residents to ensure high standards are maintained

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in gardens and grounds maintenance, ideally with Body Corporate and commercial settings

• Basic knowledge of horticulture, landscaping and related matters

• All associated tools, equipment, and PPE (essential)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good time management and organisational skills

• Commitment to health and safety practices

• A current driver's licence and access to reliable transport
