Reception with managerial responsibilities in Adult Entretainment

We are a licensed high class erotic massage parlour located in the financial section of Sydney CBD. We are seeking a dynamic and talented receptionist  to join our great team. We have great location in a very modern yet heritage listed beautiful building in Sydney. Our premises are the best in its class. We expect to employ confident and presentable people matching our brand image.

Responsibilities:

You will be 

Answering phone calls, 

Greeting clients, 

Presenting rooms to clients and taking bookings 

Organising shifts for adult entertainment workers,

Making sure work place is always presented in the best possible way.

Organising our online roster and social media and advertising. 

Requirements:

Well spoken well resented candidates only.

- Strong organizational and leadership skills to ensure successful reception operations.
- Demonstrated expertise in social media management, content creation, and client services.

- Creative flair and an eye for aesthetics to craft visually appealing social media content.
- A passion for the entertainment industry and a genuine interest in this legally approved industry.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

The ideal candidate for this role of in our upmarket adult business should possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal attributes that align with the company's goals and values.
 

Remuneration:

A performance-based salary package (initial $30-$35 base salary per hour plus the easily achieved commission structure) will be offered.  Many staff currently employed makes $41-$57 per hour range. Ambitious individuals with a drive for success and a passion for the entertainment industry would be particularly well-suited for this position.

Key Characteristics of the Ideal Candidate:

Similar experience in a well-regarded adult industry establishment is well regarded, However is not necessary, as training will be provided. Familiarity with customer service or retail will be beneficial. It is an ideal job for a person with great social skills.

Job will start as a part time position and may lead to full time if both parties are satisfied with this outcome.
