The Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Recruitment Manager to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days per week). In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring we attract, engage, and secure the best talent for our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job advertising to onboarding

• Liaise with hiring managers to understand staffing needs

• Write compelling job ads and source candidates through various channels

• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the offer process

• Maintain our candidate database and recruitment reporting

• Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives

About You

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Confident using online recruitment platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter

• Highly organised, professional, and proactive
