About The Role:

Duties include:

• Conduct professional client consultations

• Learn & deliver all endota massage and body treatments following structured protocols

• Design and provide fully customised body massages

• Create a genuine connection to deliver the best & address concerns

• Document effective treatment plans & homecare

• Maintain endota service standards & values

• Be certified in the full range of endota massages and spa packages

• Participation in ongoing training

• Roster will include one day on the weekend

Skills & experience required:

• Candidates must hold either a Certificate IV or Diploma qualification in massage therapy to be eligible for this position

• Excellent customer service standards

• Exemplary work ethic and reliability

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to nurture long term client relationships and be a great team player

• Must have Australian work rights
