The Opportunity:

2x Permanent Full-time positions are available for experienced Machinery Operators to join the team at our Coomboona dairy farming facility, located approximately 20 km from Shepparton, Victoria.  The role involves operating modern and well-maintained small and large tractors, feed mixer wagons, front end loaders and skid steers. This opportunity is for a highly motivated, reliable person, who has an eye for detail and is committed to work health and safety.

This opportunity provides secure, long-term employment in a safety-driven environment. You will be encouraged and supported to complete National Competency Accreditation in tractor, loader and skid steer and other training as required.

 Key accountabilities include:

• Operating large tractors with feed mixer wagons, small John Deere tractors, Hyundai and Volvo front end loaders in a safe, responsible manner 

• Working to scheduling guidelines

• Operating machinery safely

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

The successful applicant will possess: 

• Machinery and loader experience

• A willingness to be part of a safety culture that follows WHS policies and procedures 

• A positive attitude, strong work ethic and the ability to work well as a team and independently

• Proven track record of punctuality and reliability 

• Q fever immunity, or must be willing to gain the Q fever vaccination 

• Full Australian work rights or residing in Australia ONLY

• Driver’s Licence and own transport
