During the employment the Employee must:

(a)perform to the best of the Employee’s abilities and knowledge the duties of the employee may be varied from time to time by the Employer;

(b)well and faithfully serve the Employer;

(c)exercise due care and skill when performing the Employee’s duties;

(d)use all reasonable efforts to promote the interests of the Employer;

(e)comply with all relevant laws and the rules and regulations of external agencies applying to the Employee's position and duties; and

(f)comply with the lawful and reasonable directions of the Employer.
