About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HSE Advisor to join our team! Working closely with our on-site Safety Officers and project teams, you will support and promote proactive health, safety, and environmental culture across commercial construction projects.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Drive a strong, positive HSE culture across project sites and teams.Provide visible safety leadership, coaching and guidance to site personnel and subcontractors.Act as a trusted advisor to project leaders in all HSE matters.Assist with improving and maintaining the company’s QHSE Management System, including assisting the QHSE Manager in the development of company documents.Manage the investigation of incidents and the implementation of corrective actions.Provide assistance and advice to project teams in the management of injuries, to promote positive outcomes and avoid lost time injuries.Assist with closing out of Corrective Actions arising from audits.Innovate and drive safety alerts / talks to employees and work groups.Respond to and investigate incidents, near misses, and injuries.Coordinate injury management and return-to-work programs in collaboration with relevant parties.Prepare detailed incident reports, including root cause analysis and preventative recommendations.Perform the duties of a Safety Officer where required.

About You!
You will have a genuine passion for commercial construction and proven experience in the industry. You will be a motivated team player with the following knowledge and experience:
Previous experience in a similar HSE or Safety Officer role.Previous experience in the Commercial Construction industry.Diploma in WHS.
