We're looking for an energetic, reliable and down-to-earth Gardener to join our growing Southern Adelaide team.

Every garden you maintain helps an NDIS participant live safely, independently and proudly in their own home.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for providing gardening and outdoor maintenance services to NDIS participants across Adelaide's Southern suburbs.

Tasks may include:

✅ Lawn mowing and edging
✅ Weed control and garden clean-ups
✅ Pruning and hedge trimming
✅ Green waste removal
✅ Planting and basic landscaping tasks
✅ General outdoor maintenance
✅ Building positive relationships with participants
✅ Working independently while maintaining communication with our office team

No two days are the same.

🚗 Essential Requirements

• Current Driver's Licence

• Reliable vehicle suitable for gardening equipment

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

• Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)

• National Police Clearance

• ABN (if applying as a contractor)

• Experience in gardening, landscaping, grounds maintenance or a similar role
