Are you an experienced Team Assistant with hands-on exposure to an accounting or tax practice? Ready for a role where your technical compliance skills and administrative know-how are truly valued?

This dynamic role sits at the heart of the practice. You will provide critical operational support, keeping client workflows moving, managing compliance administration, and ensuring high-quality delivery across diverse client portfolios.

• Corporate Secretarial & ASIC: Manage end-to-end ASIC lodgements, annual reviews, database updates, and compliance communications.

• ATO & Tax Administration: Complete ATO downloads, manage client correspondence, track lodgements, and maintain accurate records.

• Compliance & On-boarding: Conduct basic KYC identity checks, support AML compliance tasks, and manage client on-boarding and off-boarding procedures.

• Practice Systems & Workflow: Utilise XPM (Xero Practice Manager) and Infinity to manage workflows, schedule e-signatures, format financial documents, and track progress.

• General Practice Administration: Support daily practice operations through call handling, mail management, fee processing, and general document preparation.

• Direct Practice Experience: Proven experience working as a Team Assistant or Practice Administrator within an Accounting, Tax, or Financial Services firm.

• Technical Compliance Knowledge: Practical experience handling ASIC lodgements, ATO administrative processes, and basic KYC/AML checks.

• Software Proficiency: Experience using XPM (Xero Practice Manager) and Infinity (or demonstrated agility across modern accounting practice software).

• Collaborative Mindset: A proactive team player who thrives in a supportive environment, meets tight deadlines, and takes pride in operational excellence.
