Are you an experienced Senior Application Support professional looking for an exciting new contract opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated specialist to oversee, maintain, and enhance key corporate applications. In this role, you will lead complex system analysis, drive root-cause problem resolution, and champion continuous improvement to deliver an exceptional customer experience across the organization.

What You Will Do:

• Deliver high-level level 2 technical support, system maintenance, and performance monitoring for corporate applications to ensure optimal functionality.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues, identifying root causes and acting as an escalation point for the ICT customer experience team.
• Manage, plan, and prioritize service desk tickets, problems, and changes systematically to minimize backlogs and meet key Service Level Agreements.
• Administer corporate application accounts, users, and permissions to guarantee secure, compliant, and appropriate access management.
• Collaborate with internal SMEs and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, enhancing user experience across applications deployed on the SOE.

What You Need to Apply for This Role:

• Extensive technical maintenance experience in two or more key systems (e.g., Land Information/Property, EDRMS, Customer Request, Website, Facilities Management, Library, ERP, or GIS).
• Deep technical knowledge of M365, Windows 10/11, Citrix, cloud-based technologies, Active Directory, and audio-visual tools.
• Proven background in customer-facing ICT operations and service desk environments, with a track record of driving customer experience enhancements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage multiple concurrent requests, alongside robust understanding of ICT security requirements.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
