PRIVATE HOUSEHOLD MANAGER / PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Full time - Monday- Friday (weekend/evening hours when  required)

Our professional clients are seeking an experienced, capable and highly discreet Household Manager / Personal Assistant to take ownership of the day-to-day running of two private residences and provide personal support to the principals. This is a hands-on role for someone who is proactive, organised and naturally takes responsibility. You will be trusted to see what needs doing and simply make it happen.

The role includes:

• General housekeeping and maintaining the homes

• Laundry management, including washing, ironing, folding, and putting away

• Making and refreshing beds

• Kitchen cleaning, resets, and organisation

• Grocery shopping and household top-ups

• Running household errands as required

• Monitoring household supplies and replenishing when required

• Assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of the home

• Proactively identifying tasks that need attention and taking initiative without direction

• Meal preparation and home cooking

• Organise wardrobes, closets, pantries, cupboards, and storage areas

• Personal administration, bookings and appointments

• Coordinating family cleaner and trades 

• Preparing for family gatherings and entertaining

• Supporting the principals across both homes

Candidate requirements:

• Previous experience in a private household, Household Manager, Family Assistant or Private PA role

• Current, clear Police check

• Drivers licence and confident driver

• 2-3 professional contactable references

• Highly organised, practical and proactive

• Someone who takes genuine ownership and doesn't need to be constantly directed

• Flexible and comfortable with changing hours and occasional evening/weekend requirements

• Home cooking skills

• Comfortable around dogs

• Exceptionally discreet, trustworthy and professional

• The successful candidate will be required to sign an NDA
