AusCare is opening a modern, purpose-built medical clinic in Melbourne’s western growth corridor, and we are seeking dedicated General Practitioners to join us as we establish and grow.

We are offering an attractive income guarantee to support you in building your practice with confidence and financial certainty.

Remuneration

• $180 per hour guaranteed for your first three months (up to $1,440 per day), providing income security while you build your patient base

• Transitioning to 70% of billings thereafter, with strong earning potential as your practice grows

• DPA-approved location — IMG GPs eligible to work in a DPA area are welcome to apply

Requirements

• MBBS or equivalent, with current AHPRA registration (VR or Non-VR / General Registration all considered)

• A caring, patient-centred approach to clinical practice

• Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to community healthcare

• Eligibility to work in a DPA location (IMG GPs welcome)
