Are you a motivated and organised professional looking to grow your career in property management? We are seeking a dedicated Routines Officer to join our fast-paced and supportive Property Management team.
This role is ideal for someone who is professional, adaptable, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in coordinating routine inspections, maintaining strong communication with tenants, our Property Managers, and ensuring properties are managed to a high standard.
What we’re looking for:
• Valid real estate licence preferred (trainees welcome to apply)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Professional presentation and confident phone manner
• Technology-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
