Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and other products.

• Follow recipes with attention to detail to ensure consistency in quality and flavor.

• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe kitchen environment.

• Assist with inventory management and ensure the proper handling of ingredients and baked goods.

• Collaborate with the team to experiment with new recipes and seasonal treats.

• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards.

Requirements:
· Certificate III level qualification.
· Previous experience in a patisserie or food production setting preferred.
· Knowledge of baking techniques and equipment.
· Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
· Strong attention to detail and quality.
· Strong time management and multitasking skills, especially in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
