Are you an experienced Speech Pathologist ready to take the next step in your career?
The Pathway Group has partnered with a trusted allied health provider in Melbourne's northern suburbs to find passionate clinicians to join their supportive, growing team.
Whether you love working with pediatric clients, adults, or a mixed caseload, you'll have the flexibility to tailor your role to your clinical interests and strengths.
In this position, you will:
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, communication, and swallowing assessments
Design and deliver individualised therapy plans to improve communication and participation
Collaborate with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve meaningful client outcomes
Support clients with developmental delays, disabilities, neurological conditions, and age-related changes
Provide therapy across a range of settings — homes, schools, clinics, or community — based on your preference
Competitive salary: $80,000–$120,000 + super (commensurate with experience)

Relevant qualifications and experience as a Speech Pathologist
Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
Experience in a multidisciplinary clinic environment (desirable)
Familiarity with the NDIS framework (desirable)
National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
Valid Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
