Mastic Applicator | Concrete Labourer

First Class Constructions (W.A.) Pty Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Mastic Applicators to join our growing team.

Based in Perth, we have opportunities available on both a casual and permanent basis. Whether you're an experienced mastic applicator or have a strong construction or concreting background and are keen to learn, we'd love to hear from you.

Working across a variety of commercial construction projects, you'll play an important role in delivering high-quality joint sealing and finishing work while maintaining the high standards our clients expect.

 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare concrete joints and surfaces for sealing.

• Install backing rod and apply mastic/sealants to expansion and control joints.

• Produce neat, high-quality finishes in line with project specifications.

• Assist with general construction and labouring duties as required.

• Work closely with supervisors and site teams to ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule.

 What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Mastic Applicator or Concrete Labourer

• Experience with mastic, joint sealing, caulking or waterproofing is highly regarded.

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

• Pride in producing quality workmanship and attention to detail.

• Physically fit and capable of manual work.

• Current White Card.
