Role Overview

We are seeking motivated, growth-driven Commission-Only Mortgage Brokers to join our team.
Both experienced brokers and newcomers (career changers, recent graduates) are welcome.

This role provides complete flexibility and unlimited earning potential, depending on your network, client relationships, and business development activity.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client needs analysis and recommend suitable loan solutions

• Generate new leads through networking, partnerships, and marketing activities

• Collaborate with buyer’s agents, real estate agents, and other partners

• Support clients through pre-approval, submissions, and settlement

• Ensure high standards of compliance and documentation

• Deliver exceptional client service and maintain long-term relationships

Requirements

• ABN (or willingness to obtain one)

• Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or Diploma)

• Ability to work under a commission-only model

• Basic compliance and admin understanding (training provided)

• Reliable communication skills and professional presentation
