Part Time Receptionist

Wangara MG, part of Regent Motors Group, is seeking a friendly and organised part-time Receptionist to join our team.

As the first point of contact for our dealership, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for customers and visitors. This position combines front-of-house customer service with a variety of administration duties to help keep the dealership running smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

• Answering incoming calls, directing enquiries and taking accurate messages

• Providing excellent customer service in person and over the phone

• Supporting the dealership with day-to-day administration

• Processing bank statements and daily banking

• Raising purchase orders

• Forwarding vehicle deal packs to head office

• Liaising with our off-site administration team

• Completing general clerical duties and maintaining accurate records

• Keeping the reception area tidy and welcoming

We are looking for someone who has:

• Previous reception or office experience

• A friendly, professional manner and a genuine interest in helping customers

• Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills

• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• The ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands

• A reliable, positive approach and the ability to work well within a team

Previous experience in an automotive dealership would be advantageous, but is not essential.
